Deadline & Expiry Date
All online lessons must be completed before the start of your in-person course. Unused lessons cannot be refunded, transferred, or converted into in-person lessons.
Due to special arrangements and teaching schedules, you can only purchase one package. If you wish to continue with online lessons after your package finished, regular rates for online lessons will apply.

Can I combine multiple discounts?
No, all discounts are separate offers and cannot be combined. For example, a returning student discount cannot be used with "Apply with a Friend" or long-term course discounts.
How do I qualify for the Returning Student Discount?
At least 3 months must have passed since your last course graduation. This discount is valid for Short-Term courses only (1-11 weeks)
Is there a difference between the refund policy for Short- and Long-Term Courses? And why is that?
Yes, there is a difference. Meiji Academy applies distinct refund policies for Short-Term (1-11 weeks) and Long-Term (12 weeks or more) courses. This distinction exists because Long-Term courses are already discounted, involve more complex arrangements, require additional administrative coordination, and demand significant planning by the teaching staff. The logistics of scheduling long-term students are more intricate. As a result, the refund conditions are structured to reflect these complexities and ensure fairness and clarity for both the institution and the students.
